To help Longbridge Financial stand apart and jumpstart lead gen, we reimagined their website, landing pages, and overall applicant experience based on their top customer personas, getting away from parity product features and instead speaking to mortgage applicants’ emotional motivators. We also instituted ongoing A/B testing and SEO optimization to quickly identify opportunities to increase key metrics including conversion rate.
