The Flynn agency completed a website redesign for Hudson Headwaters Health Network (HHHN), a nonprofit system of 23 community health centers serving New York’s Adirondack North Country and Glens Falls region.
HHHN required an extensive digital experience to organize information across 20+ service lines and 220+ healthcare providers. Flynn’s teams conducted user research, customer journey mapping, content audits, and technology assessments during the planning phase.

A key discovery emerged early: “the constant burden of content management was a real pain point for our client’s internal teams,” according to Dan Beca, Chief Experience Officer at Flynn.
The redesigned website features a streamlined homepage allowing visitors to quickly locate key content. Users can filter providers by location and services while checking availability for new patients. The site integrates third-party applications for appointment scheduling and fundraising.

Maggie Crowley, Director of Marketing and Communications at HHHN, stated the “modern and, more importantly, user-friendly resource for our patients” has already demonstrated positive outcomes since launch.
