Flynn Named #2 Top Workplace in Greater Rochester

For the second consecutive year, Flynn has been named the #2 Top Workplace in the Greater Rochester Region, Small Business category, in the Democrat & Chronicle’s Rochester Top Workplaces 2023 rankings. The agency also received special recognition for its strong company values, also for the second time.

The Rochester Top Workplaces award is based on a 24-question employee survey conducted by employee engagement firm Energage.
