ROCHESTER, New York, Sept. 28, 2022 – Flynn Chief Experience Officer Dan Beca has been named to the RBJ’s Forty Under 40 list. The annual awards recognize the Greater Rochester Region’s top executives contributing at the highest levels to both their professional organizations and the broader community.
Beca joined Flynn from Catalyst in 2019 to elevate and lead the agency’s marketing technology and web development disciplines, expanding the offering into Customer Experience Management (CXM), today one of the agency’s three core offerings. Under Beca’s leadership, Flynn expanded its CXM offering to include eight full-time staff working across customer experience research, strategy, measurement, and innovation. Beca’s team has also earned certifications spanning CCXP, Forrester CX and Customer Journey Mapping, and Lean Six Sigma.
In January 2022, after helping the agency achieve 350% revenue growth over three years, Beca was promoted to the Flynn Senior Management Team to help drive overall agency strategy and operations as the agency’s first Chief Experience Officer.
Clients who’ve worked with Beca, many navigating highly regulated industries such as insurance, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and financial services, praise his extremely thoughtful and data-driven approach to every project. Clients rely on him as the agency’s go-to subject matter expert in customer experience best practices.
Beca is also an active voice in new business conversations, ensuring prospective clients are armed with the information they need to confidently solve their business challenge – whether that’s finding efficiencies in the customer journey, uniting and streamlining customer data from disparate sources, or something entirely new. Beca earned his MBA from the Rochester Institute of Technology, where he also gives his time as an adjunct professor educating the next generation of digital marketers since 2018.
