Kelly’s been helping keep Flynn running smoothly for the past decade.
As Chief Financial Officer, she oversees finance, human resources, and IT, bringing financial expertise and a knack for managing a bunch of moving pieces that always seem to be moving at that same time.
In her “day job” as CFO, she keeps us on track financially, helps us understand what’s coming down the road, and allows us to make sound financial decisions. Add in the many other hats she wears, and she’s basically the behind-the-scenes force that keeps the agency firing on all cylinders.

Away from the office, Kelly serves on the board and finance committee of Partners Ending Homelessness and is a volunteer manager for the Pittsford Mustangs Soccer Club. When she’s not working or volunteering, you’ll find her hiking, camping, skiing, cooking, reading, or cheering on her kids from the sidelines of various sports.
