We’re looking to add an Assistant Account Executive to our growing client services team. In a perfect opportunity to learn, grow, and make an impact, you’ll provide account management support for the day-to-day operations on your accounts. This requires maintaining a high level of awareness of all client-related activities, detail-oriented program and project management, outstanding communication skills, and a positive attitude. We’re looking for someone dynamic and personable with marketing agency experience.
Responsibilities:
- Create and update project timelines and detailed status reports with responsibilities and deadlines specified for each task and team member
- Run status meetings and keep everyone informed
- Monitor client requests assigned to cross-departmental teams and follow up to ensure timely completion
- Prepare, distribute, and update concise meeting notes for meetings attended
- Assist in the production of presentations and reports for clients
- Be creative in solving problems for improved collaboration and efficiency
- Help develop campaign briefs, budgets, and timelines, ensuring adherence to specifications to complete campaign deliverables on time and on budget
- Review and QC all materials before releasing to clients or for production
- Become knowledgeable about our industry, clients’ industries, businesses, and target markets
- Build rapport and credibility with agency and client teams
- Continue to develop personal expertise in all facets of marketing and advertising
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2 years of agency experience required
- Self-starter with ability to work independently
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
