Account Supervisor

Flynn is all about creating great work that moves the needle for our clients. Our Account Supervisors play a vital role in making that happen. As our newest Account Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for senior-level client contact on multiple accounts as well as the management of the work we do for them. Sure, you’ll be generating creative briefs, specifications, budgets, and timelines. But, as the leader of cross-functional project teams, you’ll also get the opportunity to put Flynn’s unique mix of data and daring to work, strategically guiding the creation and execution of integrated marketing plans and proposals. Along the way, you’ll be developing strong client relationships that are built to last.

Responsibilities:

  • Write, defend, and present integrated marketing plans and budgets
  • Supervise the creation of marketing materials and ensure that they achieve client strategic objectives
  • Develop in-depth expertise in clients’ industries, businesses, and target markets
  • Build client rapport and credibility based on your expert counsel and ability to problem solve and deliver as promised
  • Analyze campaign metrics and results and then provide recommendations for optimization
  • Generate new/organic business from assigned accounts
  • Keep up to date on ongoing trends, new technologies, and industry developments
  • Forecast client revenues and manage agency resource usage accordingly
  • Review all materials before client presentations/final production
  • Maintain day-to-day contact with clients through ongoing project management
  • Organize and spearhead client presentations
  • Supervise, train, and mentor direct reports and ensure their professional development

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • Minimum five to seven years agency experience required
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently, but also collaborate with internal and external teams
  • Direct to consumer (DTC) experience a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time-management skills
